Damaged or Defective Items

  2. Provide Photos: Include clear pictures of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

 

Resolution Options

Upon receiving your information, I will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
